  Process the scanned data in AutoCAD to produce accurate 2D layouts.

Job Description:

• Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and formal appraisals.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategy for the business.

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and plan training interventions.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
