Draughtsman - Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site surveys using the RTC 360 3D Laser Scanner to capture spatial data.

• Prepare shop drawings and any other sketches as per site requirements.

• Process scanned data in AutoCAD to produce accurate 2D layouts.

• Ensure proper calibration and use of the scanning equipment to maintain data accuracy.

• Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless data integration into project plans.

• Adhere to project timelines and ensure timely delivery of scanned data and layouts.

Requirements:

• UAE/MOFA Attested Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with main contractors handling infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for producing 2D layouts.

• Knowledge of surveying techniques and the ability to interpret site layouts.

• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Civil Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of construction workers.

• Ensure all safety procedures and regulations are followed on-site.

• Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines.

• Inspect work progress and quality to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

• Order and manage materials and equipment needed for construction projects.

• Maintain records of work, materials, and equipment usage.

• Train and mentor new construction workers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Foreman Mason

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule masonry work according to project specifications and timelines.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Supervise and provide guidance to masonry workers on-site.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at all times.

• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance with building codes.

• Keep detailed records of project progress, materials used, and expenses incurred.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mason, with previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and best practices.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Procurement Engineer (Civil)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with project managers and engineers to determine materials and services required for civil engineering projects.

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints.

• Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, maintaining accurate records.

• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or delays in delivery.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement.

Foreman - Carpentry (Road & Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters on-site, including planning and organizing workflow.

• Interpret project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate measurements and specifications for carpentry work.

• Inspect work progress, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.

المسؤوليات:

• الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع وضمان تسليم البيانات الممسوحة ضوئيًا والتخطيطات في الوقت المناسب.

متطلبات:

• شهادة معتمدة من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة/وزارة الخارجية في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية.

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل مع المقاولين الرئيسيين في مشاريع البنية التحتية.

• الكفاءة في استخدام برنامج AutoCAD لإنتاج المخططات ثنائية الأبعاد.

• معرفة تقنيات المساحة والقدرة على تفسير مخططات الموقع.

• سيتم إعطاء الأولوية للمنضمين الفوريين.

رئيس عمال مدني

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على فريق من عمال البناء وإدارته.

• تأكد من اتباع جميع إجراءات وأنظمة السلامة في الموقع.

• تخطيط وجدولة العمل لتلبية المواعيد النهائية.

• تفقد تقدم العمل والجودة للتأكد من الامتثال للمواصفات.

• التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.

• طلب وإدارة المواد والمعدات اللازمة لمشاريع البناء.

• الحفاظ على سجلات العمل والمواد واستخدام المعدات.

• تدريب وإرشاد عمال البناء الجدد.

متطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة كمسؤول مدني أو دور مماثل في صناعة البناء.

• معرفة قوية بإجراءات البناء والمعدات وإرشادات السلامة.

• مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة.

رئيس عمال البناء

المسؤوليات:

• تخطيط وجدولة أعمال البناء وفقًا لمواصفات المشروع والجداول الزمنية.

• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمقاولين والعملاء لضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشروع.

• الإشراف على عمال البناء وتقديم التوجيه لهم في الموقع.

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والأنظمة في جميع الأوقات.

• فحص العمل النهائي للتأكد من الجودة والامتثال لقواعد البناء.

• احتفظ بسجلات تفصيلية لتقدم المشروع والمواد المستخدمة والنفقات المتكبدة.

متطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة في مجال البناء، مع تفضيل الخبرة السابقة في دور إشرافي.

• معرفة متعمقة بمواد البناء والتقنيات وأفضل الممارسات.

مهندس مشتريات (مدني)

المسؤوليات:

• التواصل مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين لتحديد المواد والخدمات المطلوبة لمشاريع الهندسة المدنية.

• تحديد وتقييم الموردين المحتملين والتفاوض على العقود والشروط.

• ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة والقيود الميزانية.

• إدارة عملية الشراء من المصادر حتى التسليم، والحفاظ على السجلات الدقيقة.

• مراقبة أداء الموردين ومعالجة أي مشاكل أو تأخير في التسليم.

• التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لتحسين عمليات الشراء وتحقيق وفورات في التكاليف.

• كن على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة وظروف السوق وأفضل الممارسات في مجال المشتريات.

مشرف - النجارة (الطرق والبنية التحتية)

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على أنشطة النجارين وتنسيقها في الموقع، بما في ذلك التخطيط وتنظيم سير العمل.

• تفسير خطط المشروع والمخططات لضمان دقة القياسات والمواصفات لأعمال النجارة.

• فحص تقدم العمل والمواد والمعدات للتأكد من الامتثال لمعايير السلامة ومراقبة الجودة.

• التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان إكمال المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبنجاح.

• مهندس مواد - التصميم الداخلي والتجهيز
• مساح أراضي (الطرق والبنية التحتية)
