1. Health And Safety Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- In charge of ensuring your own and everyone else's safety at the worksite or sites.
- Make sure that all facilities, staff camps, work sites, and operations adhere to EHS regulations at all times.
- In charge of conducting workplace inspections, promoting safe work practices, identifying hazards, and providing management and staff with appropriate channels for communicating corrective action. This includes creating thorough safety reports and routinely reporting results to the QHSE manager and management.
- Support the development of OHS policies and programs.
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery, etc.).
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
- Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives.
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g., not using protective equipment).
- Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances, etc.
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
- Ensure that all camp facilities meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with HR department to ensure camp allocation and transportation for new hires.
- Maintain a detailed report of labor accommodations, including occupancy and allocations.
2. Procurement Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source suppliers for materials, equipment, and services related to HVAC projects.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine the material and equipment needs for projects.
- Develop procurement schedules and ensure materials are procured in line with project timelines.
- Monitor and track material deliveries to ensure timely availability for project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an engineering or construction environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technical specifications and market trends.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and suppliers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and project management departments.
