Architectural Design Manager
Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- At least 8 years UAE experience in design consultancy or design & build contractor
- Architectural design experience (all stages from Tender to IFC)
- Expertise in industrial design, including warehouses and cold stores
- Proven experience in team management, technical detailing, UAE and KSA codes, client interfacing, authority liaison, and inter-disciplinary coordination (with Structural, MEP, etc.)
Marketing Communications Manager
Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration from a reputable university (Master’s Degree in related field preferred but not required);
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred;
- 10+ years experience in Marketing and Communications with a proven track record and experience in executing marketing, Public Relations and Social Media programs. Experience in Construction, Real Estate or Journalism industries is preferable;
