 Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a female Front Desk Receptionist who can manage the front desk daily and perform various administrative and clerical tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities:

-Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor attendance of applicants).
-Collects detailed information from applicants.
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
-Manage office supplies and keep stock inventory.
-Preparing meeting and training rooms.
-Provide administrative support to all staff as necessary.
-Monitoring appointments/meetings/orientation and training.
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.
-Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time.
-Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the reception area.



Requirements and skills:

-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, front-office representative, or similar role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
-Professional attitude and appearance.
-Solid written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.


Please note: We need someone who can also work outside UAE, like Bahrain.
