We are seeking an administrative/HR professional that is well organized and efficient to join our team. In addition to managing human resources duties, the ideal candidate would oversee administrative chores to ensure seamless operation and adherence to business regulations.

Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative duties, such as correspondence management, meeting scheduling, and filing.
Retain personnel files and keep HR databases current.
Participate in the hiring process by putting up job advertisements, vetting applicants, and setting up interviews.
Organize orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing.
Respond to questions from employees and offer assistance with HR-related issues.
Make sure that company rules and labor laws are followed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar profession.
solid background in administrative and human resources roles.
strong multitasking and organizing abilities.
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
proficiency with HR applications and Microsoft Office.
familiarity with labor laws and rules.
