We are looking to recruit a Consumer Insights and Analytics Manager who will be responsible for shaping and centralizing consumer insights knowledge, this is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about deriving business relevant insights from data, inquisitive, entrepreneurial and looking to learn and

This role will act as a “data detective” and consumer research specialist for our business. they will drive an insights learning agenda based on strategic priority, defining the consumer, identifying areas of exploration, and performing analysis and data synthesis that drive insights into recommendations for the Group.


Responsibilities


 Lead consumer practice for Intelligence, putting the consumer at the forefront of decision-making and serving as a vocal strategic partner and change-agent for the businesses

Continuously represent the voice of the consumer in effort to know their requirements deeply and share the knowledge within the Group

Fully responsible for designing, analysing, and presenting primary and secondary market research projects (Qualitative, Quantitative, offline, online, ad hoc, longitudinal, co-creation, etc.)

Communicate action orientated insights to the business to inform strategy and plan through qual/quant synthesis and compelling/visual storytelling

Be a point of contact for consumer insights within the organization: managed brands, retailers, innovation, investments, JVs, partners, etc.

Proactively identify and develop new opportunities/ white space for GCC consumer research and link it to strategic priorities of the Group

Develop and lead consumer sentiment with the focus on GCC luxury consumers

Develop and track data on global consumer sentiment to measure variances vs GCC markets

Lead consumer research in the group-wide projects across categories and geographies: new category and market assessments

Collaborate across the Intelligence, Strategy and Grow teams to use our scale and increase efficiencies and maximize business impact

Lead a team of executives and guide in creating report and presentations

What You'll Be Doing


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Logistics & Fulfilment technologist to join a renowned retail group in the Middle East, working as part of the Group Technology function. The successful candidate will work with the Retail and Supply chain leadership teams to drive digital transformation across our Fulfilment capabilities.


This Business Analyst reports to our Logistics & Fulfilment Technology Leader and is expected to:


Fully understand Logistics & Fulfilment strategies, expected outcome, deliverables and value that needs to be generated from technology

Work with the Logistics & Fulfilment Technology Lead (line manager) to shape the future technology and solution roadmap for Logistics & Fulfilment, identifying future potential enhancements to products/platforms that will drive business value

What You'll Be Doing


The e-commerce Marketplace Manager is responsible for the marketplace strategy and execution of the various e-commerce Market place. The role works across technology, fulfillment and item set-up teams to ensure proper system and execution of the daily operations of the channels. As a marketplace manager, you will be responsible to increase market share and drive profitable growth across our digital channels.


Working closely with the brand teams, your responsibilities will include:


Developing commercial strategies to accelerate marketplace for each partner

Setting financial targets, budgets, and incentives to support key partners

What You'll Need To Succeed


Preferred strong connections in the retail and beauty industry, commercial knowledge, including understanding margins, contracts, and merchant/brand relationships

Technical experience with marketplace software, specifically Mirakl and P&L ownership experience.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Ability to handle commercial negotiations

Knowledge of logistics, customer service, and legal constraints within a marketplace environment

What You'll Be Doing

Ensure all operating standards are followed from stock replenishment to organising displays as per the brand’s VM guidelines.

Ensure a healthy floor coverage by analyzing historical traffic data and anticipating peak hours
