 Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, address any questions or concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Present and pitch services effectively, highlighting key selling points and persuading customers to make a purchase.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and sales transactions, in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, share feedback, and optimize sales processes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in achieving sales targets.


  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
