Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, address any questions or concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
- Present and pitch services effectively, highlighting key selling points and persuading customers to make a purchase.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and sales transactions, in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, share feedback, and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
