Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care.
- Help patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Take vital signs and record patient information accurately.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licensed healthcare providers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and healthcare facilities.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Certification or training in nursing assistance is a plus.
