Job Opportunity: Factory Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
- We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage production processes, and ensure efficiency and quality in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate factory workers and production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Train and mentor staff to improve skills and productivity.
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials.
- Inspect products for quality control and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- UAE residency or work permit is required.
