Structural Design Supervision:
- Preparation of Structural design drawings and documents as per the project’s contractual, stakeholders’ requirements, ensure the full compliance with the client and Alsuweidi standards and relevant design codes and standards for obtaining necessary permits and floating tenders in accordance with time schedules approved for projects.
- To plan, lead, organize and control operations of the Structural Department.
- Structural analysis and design using one or more of structural program.
- Making authoritative design decisions, technical review and approving all drawings and documents issued by the structural team.
- Chairing and supporting design internal and stakeholders’ workshops and meetings and relevant negotiations.
- Full understanding of the project requirements concerning time, cost and quality.
- Estimating working hours for pricing new projects or approving working hours and delivery dates for awarded projects.
- Allocating the engineers to projects and the time they spend at each project, followed by the necessary task and resources management.
- Preparing and leading the execution of the Structural assessment projects and scopes.
