Job Description:
Specialized Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the implementation of the Ministry's strategic policies, procedures, and content plan.
- Prepare reports on digital and electronic events and activities, as well as social media for strategic communication messages and digital diplomacy.
- Compile a list of electronic communication means and channels, contribute to designing their plan and digital content.
- Design and produce content, materials, and all electronic publications of the Ministry in line with the strategic communication strategy, in coordination with the Government Communication Department.
- Prepare and draft official speeches, statements, and talking points related to key issues, and follow up on their translation into foreign languages as needed.
- Evaluate the media content produced by representative missions and organizational units related to pivotal aspects and strategic topics of the Ministry, providing relevant development notes.
- Coordinate with the Ministry's official spokespersons to determine the necessary coverage of strategic news in visual and audio media, ensuring adherence to policies and media identity.

Academic Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of practical experience in the same area.

Technical Skills:
- Network Management: Knowledge of network management fundamentals, protocols, and wireless networks.
