Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Listing Coordinator for Property Shop Investment LLC in Abu Dhabi. The Listing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date property listings, communicating with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include managing the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database, coordinating with agents, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients
- Experience with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) databases
- Knowledge of real estate industry and residential real estate sales process
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
- Experience in a similar role or real estate industry is a plus
