Qualifications
- Associate Director or Project Director level candidates with prior experience working for PMCs or Developer/client-side roles will be ideal.
- Prior experience with delivering Data Centre project experience in similar capacity or role preferred.
- Hi-tech, Hospitals, MEP intense, large complex and technical project experience can also be considered.
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, M&E Engineering, construction management or an equivalent technical / engineering qualification.
- Site selection, feasibility or development management experience will be beneficial but not essential.
- Minimum 15 years Project Management experience

Qualifications:
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing, Business, English or an Engineering discipline (list not exhaustive).
- Demonstrable experience at producing draft bid responses
- Experience in MS Office suite
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint (required) and a design-based software such as InDesign (preferred)
- APMP Foundation level Certification is advantageous
