EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering in a relevant field (telecoms, IT)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in telecommunications Product Development and Terminal Development, preferably satellite-based equipment.
- Experience in leading product development and delivery teams
- Good knowledge of measurement techniques/tools in analogue and digital networks i.e. Spectrum Analyzer, signal generators, etc.
- Good knowledge of telecom concepts such as coding, transmission, switching, RF, communications protocols, link budget, antenna design, etc.
- Hands on experience in the field of engineering.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
- Basic computer skills, at minimum, MS word, Excel, programming and testing tools.
- Flexibility to adopt different working-hours and locations.

- معرفة جيدة بمفاهيم الاتصالات مثل الترميز، النقل، التبديل، الترددات اللاسلكية، بروتوكولات الاتصالات، ميزانية الارتباط، تصميم الهوائي، وما إلى ذلك.
- خبرة عملية في مجال الهندسة.
- مهارات التواصل الجيدة باللغة الإنجليزية، سواء المكتوبة أو المنطوقة.
