Technician HVAC
About the Job:
- Run the daily maintenance operations of the property and buildings under supervision of the Technical Supervisor and Facility Manager.
- Inspect property and buildings for life/safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
- Identify building maintenance needs, prioritize work, and take corrective actions.
- Perform a full range of skilled building maintenance for extended periods of time.
- Attend to repairs of maintain a variety of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building equipment in a timely manner.
- Report incidents and potential risks that may be identified and take appropriate action to rectify these.
- Seek permission to access restricted areas of the Hospital.
- Ensure safe work procedures are followed.
- Read and interpret sketches, drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Use a personal computer and appropriate computer software.
- Be a self-starter and work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Operate with a high level of personal organization and maintain a clean work area.
Orthopaedic Lead - Senior Registered Nurse
Education & Qualification:
- UAE Medical Health Authority License
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Degree in Nursing (minimum two years course duration) and Registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia.
Experience:
- Has worked in a hospital or similar setting for at least 2 years.
Training & Knowledge:
- Experience of managing a team of nurses.
- Leadership and communication skills commensurate with leading teams, improving practice, driving continuous professional development, and working effectively as part of a multi-professional/multi-agency team.
- Resuscitation Certificate as per the specialty.
- Problem-solving skills – able to respond to unexpected issues and provide first-line response and to identify appropriate sources of secondary support.
- Ability to maintain professional and personal credibility across all staff groups.

Laboratory Supervisor - Core Lab
Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or a related field (masters preferred).
- Certificate as medical laboratory scientist or technician required.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in clinical laboratory with at least one-year supervisory experience.
Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse
Education & Qualification:
- UAE Medical Health Authority License (DHA).
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Experience:
- Has worked in a hospital or similar setting for at least 2 years.
Training & Knowledge:
- Resuscitation Certificate as per the specialty.
- Demonstrable ongoing and active CPD.
- Provides excellent patient care.

Specialist Emergency Medicine (Preferred UK Experience)
Key Accountabilities:
- To share responsibility for the leadership, organisation, and effective operation of the Department.
- Responsible for the clinical management of patients attending the ED, and will provide advice for staff in the ED.
- Act as Rapid Response Team Leader (under supervision of a consultant) when on duty within the department, and lead cardiac arrests within the ED.
- To provide clinical leadership, supervise, teach, and train junior medical staff, and be involved in the teaching of nursing staff, paramedics, medical students, etc., attached to the Department.
- To take an active part in Clinical Audit and other Clinical Governance issues.
- To improve clinical practice by peer review and changing working practices to maintain a high standard of medical treatment and care.
- On-call duties will be shared with the existing registrars/specialists working towards a specified rota when all posts are filled.
- Will be encouraged to develop any other particular interest within the Department, subject to the agreement of other colleagues and the availability of resources.
Qualification:
- MD or MBBS.
- CCT or completion of a recognised specialist training programme desired.
- UAE Medical Health Authority License.
- BLS/ACLS/PALS as per the specialty.
- Has worked in a hospital or similar setting for at least 5 years.
- Preferably UK qualified/having UK experience.
