- We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Case Manager to join J.S. Held’s Global Investigations, Disputes practice in Dubai. We are open to supporting relocation for an exceptional candidate. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on and manage a number of investigative assignments across multiple jurisdictions.
- The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 4+ years’ experience in dispute- related investigations and/or be a para-legal or recently qualified lawyer with an interest in pursuing a career in investigations. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in managing asset tracing, evidence gathering and other litigation support assignments.
- They will be a self-starter who takes ownership in their approach to work, a seasoned researcher with excellent writing skills, and a good communicator. They will also have experience working in a commercial environment; familiar with business, legal and financial terminology and comfortable with presenting findings to clients at all levels.
- The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director leading the Regional Disputes practice, and will mentor and support junior Analysts in their research and development.
- This role requires flexibility as the successful candidate will on occasion be required to travel and work outside normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, as the requirements of projects may dictate.
