Operations Manager - Continuum of Care Business
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Five plus (5+) years’ management experience in a similar position - senior finance or operations management role in a healthcare facility.
- Strong acumen in finance and budgeting, must have successfully led budgeting and financial forecasting processes in a senior capacity within a healthcare setting for at least 5 years.
- Experience with administration management in the healthcare industry, including relevant financial functions.
Consultant in Neurology - Neurophysiology, Mediclinic City Hospital, Dubai
Requirements:
- Basic medical degree and completion of a recognised higher professional education program in Neurology with sub-specialty in Neurophysiology.
- Certification of a higher professional education recognised by Dubai Health Authority (DHA): CCT or American Board Certification, or an equivalent.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience at a consultant level.
- Proven experience in managing and epilepsies.
- Experience in nerve conduction studies is mandatory.
- Must be competent in reading and interpreting EEGs and EMGs.
- Must be comfortable in managing acute stroke cases.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and should be able work in a multidisciplinary team
- Must be confident to communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, doctors and other hospital staff.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record system is expected of this role.

الخبرة المطلوبة
- خبرة إدارية تزيد عن خمس سنوات (5+) في منصب مماثل - دور كبير في الشؤون المالية أو إدارة العمليات في منشأة للرعاية الصحية.
- فطنة قوية في مجال التمويل والميزانية، ويجب أن تكون قد قادت بنجاح عمليات إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ المالي بصفته العليا في بيئة الرعاية الصحية لمدة 5 سنوات على الأقل.
