Director, Compliance Consulting
Requirements
- Experience of 9-15 years of relevant work
- Demonstrable track record of building a book of clients providing ongoing compliance support
- In depth knowledge and experience with offshore DFSA and/or FSRA and familiar with SCA, CBUAE and other UAE onshore regulators
- Oversight and management of projects and ongoing support conducting compliance risk assessments, compliance monitoring activities and delivering compliance manuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent professional written English, Arabic is a plus
- Authorised DFSA or FSRA individual would be an added advantage but not a pre-requisite
- Previous experience of management of services of a team of compliance consultants required

متطلبات
- خبرة من 9 إلى 15 سنة في مجال العمل ذي الصلة
- سجل حافل في بناء مجموعة من العملاء الذين يقدمون الدعم المستمر للامتثال
- معرفة وخبرة متعمقة مع سلطة دبي للخدمات المالية و/أو سلطة تنظيم الخدمات المالية في الخارج، ومعرفة بهيئة الأوراق المالية والسلع، والبنك المركزي الإماراتي، والهيئات التنظيمية المحلية الأخرى في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
- الإشراف على المشاريع وإدارتها والدعم المستمر لإجراء تقييمات مخاطر الامتثال وأنشطة مراقبة الامتثال وتقديم أدلة الامتثال
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة، مع القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين
- اللغة الإنجليزية المكتوبة الاحترافية الممتازة، تعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
- سيكون الفرد المعتمد من DFSA أو FSRA ميزة إضافية ولكنه ليس شرطًا مسبقًا
- يشترط الخبرة السابقة في إدارة خدمات فريق من مستشاري الامتثال
