Essential Job Functions:
- Assist & Support the Facilities Manager in all aspects of Site Facilities Management as needed.
- Lead and manage the site during all scheduled and non scheduled visits & Meetings
- Provide excellent customer service to P&G and their clients/visitors.
- Manage all logistics/ requests for all visits/ meetings (Catering, parking & Meeting room and catering Set ups)
- Manage the Security access-control for the site as per Security SOP
- Manage Cleaning, maintenance and security vendors.
- Supervise and train facility employees and contractors as needed.
- Carry out daily site inspection and ensure lighting and ac are properly functioning, site is clean and furniture are proper clean and not damaged.

- Ensure all works done by vendors are up to P&G and JLL standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure that services are provided as per schedule
- Independently maintain and update inventory, administrative policies and processes.
- Restock office and kitchen supplies whenever required
- Raise Purchase orders and coordinate with vendor for delivery as per the request
- Perform GRs within deadline.
- Follow up with vendors for invoice submittals.
- Review and Ensure accuracy of invoices submitted
- Set up, maintain, and organize department's files, invoices, information, filing and documentation.
