 Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure adequate supply and minimize stock outs.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts of inventory to identify discrepancies and address issues promptly.
  • Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and reduce carrying costs.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and storage of inventory.


  • Identify obsolete or slow-moving inventory and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize losses.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes and systems.
  • Generate reports and analysis on inventory performance, including inventory turnover, stock aging, and variance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory control or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
