Technician - Fire

About the Job

Job Purpose:

The primary function of a Technician - Fire is to work as part of the site Emergency Response Team (ERT) and to engage in proactive duties to protect the plant from emergency situations and provide a safe working environment for employees. A Technician – Fire will engage in extinguishing fires, executing rescues, and handling other unplanned incidents.

The role includes participation in fire prevention and inspection activities, equipment and premises maintenance, and training to manage all phases of fire suppression, prevention, inspection, rescue, and emergency operation. Additional duties may be assigned by the Fire and Security Department.

Key Accountabilities:

Reports directly to the Supervisor.
Responds swiftly and safely to all emergency calls and requests for assistance while working efficiently as part of a disciplined team.
Maintains all emergency equipment in operational readiness, including cleanliness, testing, and repairing according to approved standards and procedures.
Performs checks on emergency resources for ERT use, including fire hydrants and other fixed fire detection and suppression systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

High School diploma (minimum).
Preferably accredited or a member of a recognized association.
2–4 years of experience, preferably in military or police service.
Bilingual (Arabic and English preferred).
Knowledge of Physical Information Security.
Knowledge of electronic access control, CCTV, burglar/intrusion detection, and fire systems.
Supervisory experience with multi-national teams preferred.
Proficiency in SAP applications.

Supervisor - Security

Decision Making:

Direction of work is guided by established practices and procedures, with output monitored and managed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma (minimum).
Preferably accredited or a member of a recognized association.

Minimum Experience:

2–4 years of experience, preferably in military or police service.

Skills:

Bilingual (Arabic and English preferred).
Knowledge of Physical Information Security.
Knowledge of electronic access control, CCTV, burglar/intrusion detection, and fire systems.
Experience supervising a unit, preferably working with a multi-national team.
Proficiency in SAP applications.

Supervisor - Fire

Authority / Decision Making:

Undertakes supervisory level Command and Control at all incidents.
Provides support to ERT Management at incidents.
Supervises daily work routines and reporting mechanisms.
Reports significant issues to ERT Management.
Oversees attendance, leave, and sickness records as appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

NFPA 1021 Fire Officer 1, NFPA Fire Instructor 1, NFPA 1001 Firefighter 1 & 2, HAZMAT Ops and Awareness 472.
Preferably NFPA 1021 Fire Officer 2 and member of a recognized standards organization (IFE, IFSM, or JOIFF).
Over 5 years’ experience in a Government or Industrial Fire Department.
Statement of supervisory experience for the last three years.
Extensive firefighting experience and effective personal management skills.

Fire Marshal

Key Accountabilities:

Participates in training courses for EGA employees, e.g., Fire Warden, Fire Induction.

Director - Cyber Security

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Certifications such as CRISK, PMP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, etc., are highly desirable.

Minimum Experience:

10–15 years of experience in IT and OT systems, IT/OT security, on-premise and cloud infrastructures, networking, system development, and IT/OT security management.
Oversight of cyber security operations, preferably in a large manufacturing organization, with at least four (4) years in progressively responsible managerial roles.
Experience managing IT/OT security vendors and contractor relationships.

Skills:

Ability to create, manage, and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership, boards, security/law enforcement agencies, vendors, and professional cyber security organizations.
Ability to manage staff with highly technical skills in a rapidly changing environment.
Strong technical and managerial counsel skills, with the ability to influence across diverse groups.

فني – مكافحة الحرائق

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

الهدف الرئيسي من وظيفة فني – مكافحة الحرائق هو العمل كجزء من فريق الاستجابة الطارئة في الموقع (ERT) والمشاركة في مهام استباقية لحماية المصنع من حالات الطوارئ وتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة للموظفين. سيشارك الفني في إخماد الحرائق، وتنفيذ عمليات الإنقاذ والحوادث غير المخطط لها. كما سيشارك في أنشطة الوقاية من الحرائق والتفتيش، وصيانة المعدات والمباني، والتدريب على جميع مراحل إخماد الحرائق، الوقاية، التفتيش، الإنقاذ وعمليات الطوارئ. كما يؤدي أي مهام أخرى يطلبها قسم الأمن والسلامة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

التقارير المباشرة للمشرف.
الاستجابة السريعة والآمنة لجميع نداءات الطوارئ وطلبات المساعدة والتعامل مع الطوارئ وفق توجيهات الفريق مع العمل بكفاءة وأمان كعضو ضمن فريق منضبط.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات: شهادة الثانوية العامة، ويفضل الحصول على اعتماد أو عضوية في جمعية معترف بها.
الخبرة: 2 – 4 سنوات، ويفضل أن تكون في الخدمة العسكرية أو الشرطة.
المهارات:
- يفضل ثنائي اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية).
- معرفة بأمن المعلومات المادي.

مشرف – مكافحة الحرائق

السلطات واتخاذ القرار:

قيادة وتحكم في الحوادث عند الحاجة.
تقديم الدعم لإدارة فريق الاستجابة الطارئة أثناء الحوادث.
إدارة مكان العمل والإشراف على الروتين اليومي وآليات التقارير.
الإبلاغ عن القضايا الهامة لإدارة ERT.
الإشراف على الحضور والإجازات وسجلات الغياب عند الحاجة.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

NFPA 1021 Fire Officer 1، NFPA Fire Instructor 1، NFPA 1001 Firefighter 1 و2، HAZMAT Ops & Awareness 472.
ويفضل NFPA 1021 Fire Officer 2 وعضوية في منظمة معترف بها مثل IFE أو IFSM أو JOIFF.
خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات في إدارة حريق حكومي أو صناعي.
خبرة إشرافية مثبتة خلال آخر ثلاث سنوات.

المهارات:

خبرة واسعة في مكافحة الحرائق.

المشاركة في برامج التدريب والتطوير المستمر من خلال المحاضرات، التمارين، محاكاة الحوادث، التدريبات العملية، الدورات، وغيرها من التدريبات للحفاظ على مستويات الكفاءة.
الحفاظ على مستوى لائق من اللياقة البدنية والنظافة والمظهر العام للزي الرسمي.
المشاركة في برامج تدريب موظفي الشركة مثل Fire Warden و Fire Induction وغيرها.

مدير – الأمن السيبراني

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

المؤهلات: درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب أو علوم الحاسوب أو ما يعادلها.
الشهادات المفضلة: CRISK، PMP، CISA، CISM، GICSP، ISO27001، Lead Auditor، وغيرها.
الخبرة: 10 – 15 سنة في نظم IT و OT، أمن النظم، البنية التحتية المحلية والسحابية، الشبكات، تطوير الأنظمة، وإدارة أمن IT/OT، مع خبرة في إدارة عمليات الأمن السيبراني، ويفضل في شركات تصنيع كبيرة مع خبرة 4 سنوات على الأقل في المناصب الإدارية المتقدمة.
الخبرة في إدارة موردي أمن IT/OT والعلاقات مع المقاولين.

المهارات:

القدرة على إنشاء وإدارة والحفاظ على علاقات فعّالة مع مجموعة واسعة من الأفراد والفرق لتقديم المشورة التقنية والإدارية والتأثير على الآخرين، بما يشمل قيادة EGA، الجهات الأمنية والقانونية، الموردين الخارجيين، والمنظمات المهنية للأمن السيبراني.
القدرة على إدارة فرق تمتلك مهارات تقنية عالية في بيئة سريعة التغير.
