Role Description:

We are looking for a confident, well-presented Shift Supervisor to lead daily café operations and oversee barista teams during each shift. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, not a desk or office position. You will report directly to the General Manager and ensure that service, quality, and team discipline meet our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise baristas during assigned shifts

• Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and workflow excellence

• Maintain calm, structured leadership during peak hours

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

نبحث عن مشرف نوبات واثق ومرتب لقيادة العمليات اليومية في الكافيه والإشراف على فرق الباريستا خلال كل نوبة. هذا الدور عملي ومباشر مع العملاء، وليس مكتبياً. ستقدم تقاريرك مباشرة إلى المدير العام لضمان أن الخدمة والجودة وانضباط الفريق تلبي معايير الكافيه الفاخر.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• قيادة وإشراف الباريستا خلال النوبات المحددة.

• ضمان جودة الخدمة والنظافة وانسيابية سير العمل.
