Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement
Entering petty cash payments & cash receipts
Booking expenses such as advances for next month (electricity, building, etc.)
Monthly calculation of commissions
Preparing reconciliation of Import GRNs and transferring the funds
Comparing monthly reconciliation with inter-branch ledgers
Reconciliation of petty cash book with actual petty cash expenses daily
Checking and processing of Import & Local GRNs of every department
Monthly aging of funds required for paying suppliers & advances
Following up for clearing advances to suppliers
Following up with IT for errors & modifications in NAV
Weekly report submission of advances paid to employees
Preparing and processing sales report for branches
Sending Cashier Short & Excess reports
Booking & transferring statutory payments
Maintaining records of AMC, contracts & insurance details
Filing invoices, GRNs, bank payment vouchers, credit memos, cost returns
Preparing payments for suppliers and confirming cheque distribution
Settling discrepancies in supplier payments

Accountant

Responsibilities:

Light Vehicle Driver

Responsibilities:

Receives orders in a professional manner
Reports maintenance problems to the mechanic and supervisor
Keep in close contact with shipping & receiving supervisor, update location via GPS
Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE
Assist with maintenance and be aware of vehicle technical details
Transport staff to markets, embassies, airports, and other locations
Maintain delivery and pick-up logs, records, and routines
Performs other related work as required

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED 2,000 per month

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

Create and modify fonts, texts, slogans according to brand guidelines
Photograph products for sales promotion
Cut and adjust images for magazines according to color and layout
Arrange magazine designs according to seasonal colors
Produce creative videos for social media platforms
Motion graphics with texts & images using After Effects
Video editing using Adobe Premiere & After Effects, familiarity with special effects & compositing

Heavy Driver

Responsibilities:

Deliver boxes of items and goods (furniture) to clients
Count and record delivered/received items in logs
Pick up damaged or repair items from clients
Maintain files, records, and logs for efficient operations
Keep vehicle clean and drive safely at all times, wearing seat belts
Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
Follow safety regulations and wear PPE

Butcher / Fish Cutter

Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, debone, and portion all types of meat (beef, lamb, mutton, chicken, etc.)
Clean, scale, gut, fillet, and portion fish and seafood
Ensure meat and fish products are fresh and comply with UAE food safety regulations
Operate and maintain cutting tools, knives, slicers, grinders, and other equipment
Prepare customer orders and perform custom cuts if needed
Weigh, wrap, label, and display meat and fish items
Follow HACCP procedures, maintain proper storage, and ensure FIFO stock rotation

قص وتعديل الصور للمجلات وفق الألوان والتصميمات المطلوبة.
ترتيب المجلات وفق المواسم والألوان والتصاميم.
التعامل مع أحدث الكاميرات وبرامج التحرير.
إنتاج فيديوهات إبداعية لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
تصميم الرسوم المتحركة باستخدام النصوص والصور (After Effects).
تحرير الفيديوهات باستخدام Adobe Premiere وAdobe After Effects.

سائق ثقيل (Heavy Driver)

نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تسليم واستلام صناديق العناصر والبضائع (مثل الأثاث) للعملاء في مواقع مختلفة.
تسجيل عدد الصناديق المستلمة والمسلَّمة في سجلات.
جمع صناديق البضائع التالفة أو المطلوب إصلاحها من العملاء.
الحفاظ على المركبة نظيفة من الداخل والخارج.
القيادة بطريقة آمنة وارتداء حزام الأمان دائماً.
الالتزام بكافة لوائح السلامة وارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية.
إجراء فحص ما قبل الرحلة للتأكد من سلامة المركبة (ضغط الإطارات، مستويات السوائل، الفرامل، الأضواء).

جزار / قاطع أسماك (Butcher / Fish Cutter)

نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

قطع، تنظيف، إزالة العظم، وتقطيع جميع أنواع اللحوم (بقر، غنم، دجاج، إلخ).
تنظيف، تقشير، إزالة الأحشاء، وتقسيم الأسماك والمأكولات البحرية.
التأكد من أن جميع المنتجات طازجة ويتم التعامل معها وفق لوائح السلامة الغذائية في الإمارات.
تشغيل وصيانة أدوات القطع مثل السكاكين، ماكينات الطحن، وأدوات التقطيع الأخرى.
تجهيز الطلبات حسب طلب العملاء وإجراء القطع المخصصة عند الحاجة.
وزن، تغليف، ووسم اللحوم والأسماك للعرض أو الاستخدام في المطبخ.
اتباع إجراءات HACCP، الحفاظ على التخزين المناسب، وضمان تدوير المخزون وفق FIFO (أول الداخل أول الخارج).
