Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and receive instructions from HR Manager
- Transport staff, foreign consultants, and clients to/from company
- Conduct other services as required outside the company
- Deposit collected checks and withdraw funds from banks for safe cash replenishment
- Submit export/import shipment documents to banks
- Retrieve Bills of Lading from freight forwarders for shipment processing
- Perform routine checks on assigned vehicles to ensure safety and roadworthiness

- Obtain freight quotations for FOB shipments
