Italian Customer Support Specialist

Details
As an Italian Customer Support Specialist, you will handle queries, requests, and complaints from customers in Italian. You will follow standard processes and ensure complete ownership of each customer interaction, aiming to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Exceptional Italian language fluency
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong computer literacy, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills

As a Support Operations Coordinator, based in Abu Dhabi, you will handle customer support functions, support daily operations, document processes, maintain SOPs, and assist with cross-functional projects. This is a contractual role for 1 year.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer support operations or related roles
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Ability to collaborate with external partner teams
Must already be based in Abu Dhabi

درجة البكالوريوس

معرفة قوية بمهارات الكمبيوتر، وآداب الهاتف، ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين

بصفتك
منسق عمليات دعم، ومقر عملك في أبوظبي، ستتولى مهام دعم العملاء، ودعم العمليات اليومية، وتوثيق العمليات، والحفاظ على إجراءات التشغيل القياسية، والمساعدة في المشاريع متعددة التخصصات. هذا دور تعاقدي لمدة عام واحد.
