Requirements
- Recognized qualification in Early Years or Primary Education
- Previous experience teaching in FS2, ideally within a British or international curriculum

- تعزيز ثقافة الفصل الدراسي القائمة على الرعاية والاحترام حيث يشعر كل طفل بالتقدير والدعم
- تنفيذ سياسات المدرسة والمساهمة في نهج تدريسي مركّز قائم على التحسين
- اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة ومسؤولة فيما يتعلق بالموارد المالية لصالح الطلاب
- المشاركة بنشاط في التطوير المهني ودعم التحسين المستمر للمدرسة
- تشجيع الإبداع والمهارات الاجتماعية والتطوير الأكاديمي المبكر من خلال التعلم التفاعلي
متطلبات
- مؤهل معترف به في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة أو التعليم الابتدائي
- خبرة سابقة في التدريس في المرحلة FS2، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك ضمن منهج بريطاني أو دولي
- شغوف بتدريس ورعاية المتعلمين الشباب
- متوافق مع قيم المدرسة: التركيز على الطفل، والرعاية، والمسؤولية، والتحسين
