Officer – VTC Reception
Key Responsibilities
-
Greet customers professionally and assist them with inquiries related to vehicle testing, registration, and inspection services

Guide customers through the process and ensure they have the required documents
-
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
-
Follow RTA regulations, company policies, and customer service standards at all times
-
Achieve KPIs related to Mystery Shopper visits
Accountant
Responsibilities
-
Prepare bank reconciliations and broker account reconciliations monthly to ensure accurate transaction recording and resolve discrepancies with banks
-
Coordinate with finance managers across the group to provide timely cash flow data and verify all cash flows for the group
-
Prepare consolidated cash flow reports for the whole group in coordination with the Group CFO

Qualifications
-
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Diagnostic Technician
Responsibilities
-
Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles accurately and efficiently
-
Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles using tools and equipment safely
-
Read complex wiring diagrams and service literature
-
Produce high-quality workmanship when performing duties
-
Upsell additional repairs for vehicles being serviced
-
Write reports for warranty and repair purposes
-
Assist other technicians with diagnostics on challenging vehicle problems
Specialist – Procurement Transformation
Education & Technical Certifications
-
Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Science
-
PMP and Lean Six Sigma certification (or equivalents)
-
Master’s degree is an asset

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and clear vision for change management

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (data modeling) and PowerPoint
