MEP Project Manager

About the Job

Job Overview

To perform related duties as required by the Project Manager and to develop a work environment in which subordinates put their dedication and contributions to help achieve department and organizational goals.

Key Accountabilities

Review Job Review Reports after checking final estimations from the Estimation Department
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
Furnish necessary information to the Drawing Department for the preparation of drawings
Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications

Senior IT Auditor

Education, Qualification, and Experience

Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields
Professional certification (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP)
12–15 years of strong expertise in IT auditing, IT risk management, cybersecurity, and IT governance, preferably with Big 4 and Middle East MNCs
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, databases, operating systems, and cloud platforms
Familiarity with COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ITIL

Radiographer

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or a related field from an accredited institution
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in diagnostic radiography, preferably in a healthcare setting
Valid license to practice in UAE
Strong knowledge of radiographic imaging techniques, procedures, and safety protocols
Proficiency in operating radiology equipment and imaging software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment

Import Coordinator

Key Accountabilities

Proactively follow up on shipments to guarantee on-time deliveries, preventing stockouts and meeting customer expectations
Manage and resolve any discrepancies in Letters of Credit, ensuring timely amendments to avoid delays in shipments
Maintain up-to-date records of all current and planned shipments, ensuring full visibility across the logistics process
Develop and nurture relationships with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure smooth operations and improved services
Align daily logistics operations with the company’s broader strategic goals, contributing to overall success and growth
Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development

Procurement Assistant

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement or administrative role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management is a plus

مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة مع التركيز على المريض

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

متابعة الشحنات بشكل استباقي لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد، منع نفاد المخزون، وتلبية توقعات العملاء
إدارة وحل أي اختلافات في خطابات الاعتماد، وضمان تعديلها في الوقت المناسب لتجنب التأخيرات
الحفاظ على سجلات محدثة لجميع الشحنات الحالية والمخطط لها لضمان الرؤية الكاملة في العمليات اللوجستية
تطوير وتعزيز العلاقات مع الموردين وشركات الشحن لضمان سلاسة العمليات وتحسين الخدمات
