Travel & Logistics Officer

About the Job

One of our clients, a Risk Management Company, is hiring a Travel & Logistics Officer for a permanent position based in Dubai (Silicon Oasis).

Job Description

The overall objective is to ensure efficient, compliant, cost-controlled, and secure travel arrangements for staff, while maintaining rigorous follow-up, data accuracy, and proactive risk and safety management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Travel & Visa Coordination

Process and manage all travel requests and visa procedures for employees.
Coordinate deployments and redeployments with project teams.
Handle bookings, validate itineraries, manage urgent changes, and guide staff through required procedures.

2. Travel Request Validation & Compliance

Review and approve travel requests (flights, accommodation, visas, insurance).
Ensure alignment with internal Travel Policy (flight class, approvals, timelines).

Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (6 Months Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Define the organization's cybersecurity strategy and maturity roadmap.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and technical teams.
Lead assessments of the current security posture and identify risks, gaps, and improvements.
Ensure consistent alignment with Saudi regulatory frameworks including SAMA CSF and CST/CITC.
Support risk management activities and advise on mitigation strategies.
Drive compliance initiatives aligned with international frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, COBIT).

Experience / Requirements

Saudi National preferred – Arabic speaker mandatory.
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong exposure to governance, risk, compliance, and strategy.
Certification and experience with CISSP or CISM.
Certification and experience working with ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
Proven hands-on experience with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and CST/CITC regulations.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, deliver clear documentation, and advise at a strategic level.
Background in telecom, ISP, digital services, IT, or any regulated sector.

Aircraft Component Repairs Technical Manager

Main Responsibilities

Provide technical support and guidance.
Conduct technical assessment and repair development.
Manage OEM relationships.
Oversee documentation processes.
Lead repair process continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct product training.
Manage industrialization projects.
Supervise a team of 10 engineers.

Profile / Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MRO, including over 3 years as a manager.
Experience working with aircraft structural component repairs.
Strong understanding of mechanical design and repair methodologies for aircraft components.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and implement practical repair solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination with OEMs, team members, and regulatory bodies.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, OEM manuals, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with specialized tools and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods for aerostructures inspection.

إحدى شركات عملائنا، وهي شركة لإدارة المخاطر، تعلن عن وظيفة مسؤول السفر واللوجستيات بدوام دائم ومقرها دبي (Silicon Oasis).

وصف الوظيفة:

الهدف الأساسي هو ضمان تنظيم السفر للموظفين بكفاءة، وفق الامتثال والسيطرة على التكاليف والأمان، مع متابعة دقيقة، دقة البيانات، وإدارة المخاطر والسلامة بشكل استباقي.

المهام الرئيسية:

تنسيق السفر والتأشيرات:

معالجة وإدارة جميع طلبات السفر وإجراءات التأشيرات للموظفين.
تنسيق الانتقالات مع فرق المشاريع.
التعامل مع الحجوزات، التحقق من مسارات السفر، إدارة التغييرات الطارئة، وإرشاد الموظفين بشأن الإجراءات المطلوبة.

التحقق من طلبات السفر والامتثال:

مراجعة واعتماد طلبات السفر (رحلات الطيران، الإقامة، التأشيرات، التأمين).
التأكد من توافق الطلبات مع سياسة السفر الداخلية (درجة السفر، الموافقات، الجداول الزمنية).

استشاري أول للأمن السيبراني (عقد 6 أشهر)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

وضع استراتيجية الأمن السيبراني وخارطة النضج التنظيمية.
العمل كمستشار موثوق للقيادة العليا والفرق التقنية.
قيادة تقييم الوضع الأمني الحالي وتحديد المخاطر والفجوات والتحسينات.
ضمان التوافق مع الأطر التنظيمية السعودية بما في ذلك SAMA CSF وCST/CITC.
دعم أنشطة إدارة المخاطر وتقديم المشورة حول استراتيجيات التخفيف.
قيادة مبادرات الامتثال وفق الأطر الدولية (ISO 27001، NIST، CIS، COBIT).

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

يفضل أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية – إجادة اللغة العربية إلزامية.
خبرة 10 سنوات على الأقل في الأمن السيبراني مع خبرة قوية في الحوكمة، المخاطر، الامتثال والاستراتيجية.
شهادات وخبرة في CISSP أو CISM.
شهادات وخبرة في ISO 27001 كمنفذ رئيسي أو مراجع رئيسي.
خبرة عملية مثبتة في إطار عمل SAMA للأمن السيبراني ولوائح CST/CITC.
القدرة على العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة الكبار وتقديم مستندات واضحة وتقديم المشورة على المستوى الاستراتيجي.
خلفية في قطاع الاتصالات، خدمات الإنترنت، الخدمات الرقمية، تقنية المعلومات، أو أي قطاع منظم.

مدير فني لإصلاح مكونات الطائرات (Aircraft Component Repairs Technical Manager)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد.
تقييم تقني وتطوير عمليات الإصلاح.
إدارة العلاقة مع الشركات المصنعة الأصلية (OEM).
إعداد الوثائق.
تحسين عمليات الإصلاح المستمرة.
تدريب على المنتجات.
إدارة مشاريع التصنيع الصناعي.
إدارة فريق من 10 مهندسين.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

خبرة لا تقل عن 8 إلى 10 سنوات في صيانة وإصلاح الطائرات (MRO)، مع خبرة إدارية تزيد عن 3 سنوات.
خبرة في إصلاح مكونات هيكل الطائرة.
فهم قوي للتصميم الميكانيكي ومنهجيات إصلاح مكونات الطائرات.
مهارات حل المشكلات والقدرة على التفكير الإبداعي وتنفيذ حلول إصلاح عملية.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابيًا وشفويًا لتنسيق العمل مع الشركات المصنعة، الفريق، والهيئات التنظيمية.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية، كتيبات الشركات المصنعة، والوثائق الفنية.
