A Tier 1 international law firm is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join its market-leading Corporate practice. The role focuses on private and public M&A, joint ventures, and high-profile transactions across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-scale worldwide acquisitions of existing businesses and new ventures.

• Act as a key contributor on high-profile regional and global transactions.

• Provide legal expertise across energy, financial institutions, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors.
