About You
- You will have experience in advanced technical support and accustomed to being a proactive member of an IT Support Team. Particularly when problems escalate to the highest level of complexity or require special permissions or levels of security to resolve IT support tickets. To achieve this, you must be able to work independently, follow an assigned work schedule, and meet deadlines for all troubleshooting responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a focus on Cloud computing, Security, Backup solutions, Network and Storage infrastructure.
- Experience with Azure environment.
- Experience with Server Virtualization (Hyper-V).
