Providing the necessary support to the section manager in all activities related to leadership programs for the different job levels and ensuring that their implementation is carried out according to the plans specified for them.
Responsibilities
Researching: To conduct research on various topics related to leadership programs, including best practices, trends, countries, and cities that participants should visit, and innovations in the field. This research may involve gathering data from various sources, analyzing, and interpreting data, and making recommendations based on the results.
Benchmarking: Responsible for benchmarking leadership programs against government standards and best practices, identify areas for improvement, and developing strategies to improve programs/journeys effectiveness.
Developing and maintaining partnerships: Developing and maintaining partnerships with external organizations, such as universities, training providers, and other industry experts.
Staying up to date with industry trends
Collect and organize data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other digital sources.
Create and maintain data entry forms and templates to streamline data collection and entry.
Create reports and visualizations to communicate data insights and trends to stakeholders.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop data-driven strategies and recommendations.
Design and create engaging presentations that incorporate visual aids, such as charts and graphs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience
