BytePlus is looking for an experienced, versatile and highly motivated Account Executive with experience in selling IaaS, PaaS and SaaS to Enterprises and SMB's. You will be responsible for driving new business and growing our client base across the region.
Requirements
Have strong relationships in the MENAT region across Enterprise and SMB companies in eCommerce, Media & Entertainment and Gaming etc.
Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment to deliver results
Demonstrable experience of building and managing executive level relationships both internally and externally
Extensive sales experience and a track record of personally selling and closing complex solutions to enterprises and software companies
You'll have experience selling to both a business and technical audience
Strong commercial acumen and creative deal structuring
Superb negotiation skills and experience in managing sales cycles
Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Developing and maintaining a substantial diverse pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently maintaining an accurate forecast
Updating and creating consultative sales proposals and reports as required
Experience communicating and working closely with Chinese based Engineering teams
This role will be based in Dubai
Qualifications

5+ years of progressively increased responsibility in B2B sales within the SaaS, PaaS or IaaS space
Track record of personal selling and closing complex technical solutions to enterprises and software companies in excess of USD 100K
Great at building relationships, trust and mutual respect with customers
A keenly developed competitive nature, mature personality, great team player and constant learner with a technical aptitude to master our products
Consistent quarter over quarter track-record of revenue attainment
Excellent communication skills, incredible writing skills, and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation
You have accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills
You are proficient with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, Chorus and Tableau

At Bytedance, Internal Communications is a strategic function. We work with business leaders across the organization to develop messages and amplify their impact. We play a critical role in corporate reputation management and in navigating internal and external complexities to deliver clear and consistent messages to our workforce. Internal Communications sits under the human resources umbrella and looks after a broad spectrum of products. We have Internal Communications team members based across the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
Currently, we're looking for an experienced communications professional to look after our internal communications across Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan (aka METAP). This role works closely with our Corporate Communications team, building and executing a comprehensive, sophisticated strategy that is aligned across our global organization. The successful candidate will work closely with all cross-functional and regional leadership to drive effective employee communications.
Responsibilities
Build and execute regional internal communications strategies and programs.
Partner closely with the Corporate Communications team on reputation management efforts.
Develop and execute internal communications plans for business and corporate updates.
Lead the planning and delivery of key leaders' internal messages and events.
Prepare talking points and written messaging.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a relevant field.
8+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, preferably in the tech industry.
Excellent written and oral English communications skills.
Experience handling sensitive topics and crises with excellent judgment and discretion.
Able to organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly, and accurately.
Entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience working in public relations and/or crisis management.

TikTok Live Operations Manager — Dubai :
Responsibilities
Responsible for livestreaming local operations, with responsibilities such as:
Set the guidelines and strategy for local agencies and MCNs, influencers, users,campaigns and partnership
Establish and maintain partnerships with local content providers, building "Live+" ecosystem through establishing good collaborative relationships with local brands or companies
Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch Live streaming campaigns by following up popular topics, events, social hot issues etc;
Responsible for introducing, management, and developing of platform agencies,platform anchors Responsible for user growth of TikTok live, improve user retention, consumption rate and ARPU value through management of user's life cycle
Participate in drafting and revising related policies of agencies/talents/influencers management. negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners;
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above. Min. 3 years' experience in content, marketing or partnerships roles in tech & media industry.
Candidates who's used to work with, or have the connections with modeling, media, TV, celebrities and live streaming applications are preferred.
Experience in building and managing a team from scratch is preferred.
Strong business acumen in emerging industries; Team management experience in entertainment industry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven.
Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment.
TikTok Live Agency Operations Manager - Dubai :
Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationship with MCN and agencies, be responsible for the training and management of the agencies;On-board MCN, agencies and organization to provide Talents for live-streaming section.
Allocate the corresponding operation support and motivate the agencies to provide more and better live streamers and build a variety of content categories;
Participate in drafting and revising the policies of agency management, provide reasonable reference and suggestions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 2 years of working experience related to Live-streaming, video-sharing, social media or gaming platformstreaming platforms;
Relevant working experience or network with influencers, celebrities or live streaming platforms;
Professional, patient communication skills with agencies;
Result-oriented, good capacity for pressure;
Proficient in both verbal and written English.
