Stealth Coating Technician
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and apply coatings using various techniques, including spray coating, dip coating, and film casting, ensuring consistency and quality of application.
Support the development and optimization of functional coatings, including formulation trials and process adjustments.
Perform durability and performance testing in accordance with relevant ASTM and ISO standards.
Analyse coating performance before and after testing, including evaluation of: coating thickness, surface roughness, gloss and visual appearance, optical and thermal properties.
Identify and assess coating degradation mechanisms (e.g., cracking, delamination, wear, discoloration).
Accurately document experimental procedures, results, and observations in a structured and traceable manner.
Engineer

Experience with Kubernetes or cloud-native orchestration.
Experience with Yocto.
Background in high-performance computing or real-time systems.

Senior RF Engineer
Qualifications and Experience:
Engineer’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in related field.
Knowledge and compliance with IPC standards.
Knowledge of VHDL/Verilog, Python or C/C++.
Solid understanding of circuit theory and wave propagation.
Familiarity with commercial EM tools such as Altium Designer, Quartus, SolidWorks, ANSYS HFSS SBR+, CST Studio Suite, or equivalent software is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills, and good communication skills for teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
Integration Engineer
Required Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in flight control, UAV integration, or related fields.
Autopilot & Frameworks: PX4, ArduPilot, DJI SDKs, Gazebo, ROS2.
Programming: Proficiency in C, C++, and Python for embedded development and system integration.
UAV Systems Knowledge: Experience across autopilot platforms, payloads, and communication protocols.
Technical Tools: Strong skills in debugging, simulation environments, and integration workflows.
Flight Experience (Nice-to-Have): Drone piloting license is a strong asset.

5+ years of experience in product-based test/manufacturing facilities.
Experience working in lab environments and test facilities.
