Responsibilities
- Leading and managing comprehensive MEP operations for prestigious high-rise developments in Dubai.
- Overseeing technical design, coordination, and installation of complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Managing project timelines through Primavera P6 and ensuring rigorous adherence to planning schedules.
- Implementing strict QA/QC protocols and leading Testing & Commissioning (T&C) phases to ensure operational excellence.
- Coordinating between multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to maintain seamless project workflows.
- Managing quantity surveying, cost control, and technical documentation for large-scale MEP contracts.
Requirements
Candidates must have specific experience with leading MEP Contracting companies in the UAE and high-rise building projects:
- Project Manager - MEP: BE-Mechanical, 16+ years of experience.
- Senior HVAC Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer / Sr. Testing & Commissioning Engineer: 15+ years of experience.
- Construction Manager / Technical Manager / MEP Coordinator / Senior Plumbing Engineer: BE-Mechanical, 12+ years of experience.
- MEP Planning Engineer: BE-Mechanical, 8+ years of GCC experience (Proficient in Primavera P6).
- MEP Quantity Surveyor / QA/QC Engineer (Elec/Mech): 6+ years of UAE/related experience.
- Electricians / Plumbers / AC Technicians / Ductman / Draftsmen: 5+ years of trade-specific experience in high-rise projects.
- Note: Preference is given to candidates available to join immediately.

المسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة عمليات MEP الشاملة لمشاريع الأبراج الشاهقة المرموقة في دبي.
- الإشراف على التصميم الفني والتنسيق والتركيب لأنظمة الميكانيك والكهرباء والسباكة المعقدة.
- إدارة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع عبر برنامج Primavera P6 وضمان الالتزام الصارم بخطط التنفيذ.
- تنفيذ بروتوكولات صارمة لضمان وضبط الجودة (QA/QC) وقيادة مراحل الفحص والتشغيل (T&C).
- التنسيق بين الفرق متعددة التخصصات والمقاولين الباطن لضمان سير العمل في المشروع دون عوائق.
- إدارة حصر الكميات والتحكم في التكاليف والوثائق الفنية لعقود MEP واسعة النطاق.
المتطلبات
يجب أن يتمتع المرشحون بخبرة محددة مع شركات مقاولات MEP رائدة في الإمارات وفي مشاريع الأبراج الشاهقة:
- مدير مشروع - MEP: بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية، خبرة 16 سنة فأكثر.
- مهندس HVAC أول / مهندس كهرباء أول / مهندس أول فحص وتشغيل (T&C): خبرة 15 سنة فأكثر.
- مدير إنشاءات / مدير فني / منسق MEP / مهندس سباكة أول: بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية، خبرة 12 سنة فأكثر.
- مهندس تخطيط MEP: بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية، خبرة 8 سنوات في دول الخليج (إتقان برنامج Primavera P6).
- حاصد كميات MEP / مهندس جودة (كهرباء/ميكانيك): خبرة 6 سنوات فأكثر في الإمارات.
- كهربائي / سباك / فني تكييف / فني دكت / رسام هندسي: خبرة 5 سنوات فأكثر في مشاريع الأبراج الشاهقة.
- ملاحظة: الأفضلية للمرشحين القادرين على الالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
