  • Promote and sell Etisalat plans to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati customers
  • Provide detailed information on plans, features, and pricing
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
  • Meet KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Handle TRA audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams
  • Participate in mystery shopping initiatives to improve service quality

Sales Executive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales
  • Experience in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, Business On)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel frequently
