Scaffolding Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred)
- Minimum 20 years of experience in scaffolding within EPC Oil & Gas and Construction industry
- Experience with ADNOC standards and project specifications
- Professional scaffolding certification such as CISRS or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of international scaffolding codes and safety standards
- Proven experience managing large teams and subcontractors
Project Health Safety Environment Manager
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of professional HSE experience
- At least 5 years in a managerial role within the Oil & Gas industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement project HSE plans and procedures
- Act as site HSE representative and coordinate with contractors
- Conduct and review risk assessments
- Develop HSE plans, procedures, and safety measures
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and OSH standards
- Supervise workforce training and safety awareness
Welding Engineer (IWE Certified)
Work Environment:
- Onshore operations at fabrication yards, refineries, and construction sites
- Exposure to welding, cutting, lifting operations, and high-temperature environments

Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with QA/QC personnel, supervisors, NDT technicians, and engineers
- Interact with clients, inspectors, and certification bodies
- Participate in technical meetings and audits
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Adhere to HSE policies and safety plans
- Use required PPE at all times
- Participate in safety briefings and risk assessments
Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
Quality Management & Supervision:
- Manage QA/QC functions and supervise QC teams
- Identify project QC requirements and ensure compliance
- Ensure availability of manpower and inspection tools
Coordination & Interface:
- Coordinate with operations, clients, and third-party inspectors
- Monitor subcontractor inspection activities
Procedures, ITPs & Documentation:
- Prepare QC procedures, method statements, and ITPs
- Ensure compliance with approved documents and drawings
- Maintain final handover documentation and records
Contracts Manager - Oil & Gas
Pre-Award Responsibilities:
- Manage contractual risks and mitigation strategies
- Participate in risk review processes
- Handle contractual, legal, commercial, and insurance matters
- Conduct due diligence on partners and clients
- Coordinate with legal teams and advisors
- Support audits and compliance activities
- Develop and monitor commercial KPIs
- Provide training and ensure adherence to company procedures
