PROCUREMENT OFFICER
- Issue and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) to manpower suppliers and agencies
- Conduct detailed commercial analysis and evaluations of supplier proposals, focusing on quality, price, and delivery speed
- Generate and maintain monthly Procurement and Supply Cost Reports to track expenses and savings
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports for review by management, highlighting potential financial impacts
- Review and assess suppliers' key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets for cost, service, and quality are met across all operating centers
- Evaluate and categorize vendors based on established criteria to ensure quality and performance standards are upheld
- Maintain an up-to-date supplier pricing catalog within ERP systems, generating monthly price variance reports
- Monitor and communicate savings achieved from cost reduction initiatives, including sourcing events and value engineering projects
- Develop various award optimization scenarios to minimize total cost of ownership and conduct post-implementation variance analysis
- Assist in benchmarking and opportunity assessments to identify new sourcing opportunities
- Support procurement managers in developing and administering supplier assessments, scorecards, and analytics to enhance supplier performance
- Conduct risk management assessments related to supplier vulnerabilities, sourcing options, and material availability
- Review internal and external audit and QA/QC reports to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and monitor quality metric requirements for contractors and vendors, preparing reports to identify trends and non-conformances
- Categorize and assess potential and current vendors through due diligence and performance evaluation coordination
JR BUYER
- Assist in identifying procurement needs, initiate, prepare, and dispatch RFQ bid analysis, and order as per department policy and procedures
- Assist in negotiation with vendors to get the best possible pricing and payment options
- Assist in monitoring and following-up quotations, bids analysis with end-users, and procurement order deliveries
- Assist in monitoring vendor performance and update it to procurement superintendent for evaluation
- Assist in receiving procurement requisitions from stores via coordinator and verify
- Assist in managing and developing vendor relationships and broaden network of existing group vendors
- Assist to buy all supplies and equipment and maintain quality for the same
FIELD ENGINEER
- Study and execute mobilisation plan
- Ensure procedures are in place offshore and are followed
- Ensure availability of work permits, construction aids, equipment, materials, and consumables
- Forward planning and procedure preparation
- Allocate daily activities to work crews
- Client/sub-contractor liaison
- Assist Superintendents, Construction Engineers, Project Managers, etc.
- Prepare daily progress and field engineer reports
- Manage completion documentation/as-builts/lessons learned
- Ensure compliance in accordance with HSE standards
OFFSHORE MATERIAL COORDINATOR
- Liaise and coordinate between clients and users for collection of client and contractor-supplied materials
- Coordinate between Logistics Department and delivery points ensuring all documentation is available and deliveries are timely
- Monitor material movements and provide proper records to destinations
- Supervise handling of material, housekeeping, receipts, issuance, identification, preservation, and reconciliation activities
- Ensure all issued items are in good condition, inspected, and certified
- Work with various sections to secure required materials before dissemination
- Maintain inventory of all materials and equipment
- Handle invoices per department, allocate cost codes for related jobs, register records, and track payment status with Finance Department
