Responsibilities
Territory Management and Sales Planning
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with sales targets.
- Prepare structured call plans to ensure effective coverage and prioritization.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit reports on time.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Customer Engagement and Scientific Promotion
- Promote healthcare and nutraceutical products ethically and in compliance with regulations.
- Deliver scientific product information through visits, presentations, and sampling.
- Support awareness initiatives and educational programs.
- Ensure compliance with MOHAP, DHA, and internal policies.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related scientific field.
- Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales in GCC.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in territory management and customer engagement.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong scientific knowledge of therapeutic areas.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
