About the Job
Canrig Drilling Technology is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer responsible for design support, implementation, and maintenance of control systems for drilling rigs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support design, implementation, and deployment of control systems.
- Work with drilling rig equipment and processes.
- Program and maintain PLC hardware and systems.
- Develop and manage SCADA systems and industrial communications.
- Handle Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and power systems.
- Develop HMI interfaces to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Job Title: Junior Robotic System Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in robotic or embedded systems (or strong academic projects).
- Proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Basic understanding of kinematics and motion control.
- Familiarity with GUI development.
