CCTV and Network Specialist
Requirements & Qualifications:
Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience in CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance across multiple sites
Strong expertise in IP-based surveillance systems, including camera setup, VMS platforms, and recording solutions
Solid understanding of structured cabling, including installation and troubleshooting of CCTV-related infrastructure
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently under minimal supervision
Good understanding of surveillance security standards and data protection practices
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site requirements
Site Supervisor
Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce site safety regulations and ensure safe working conditions
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company HSE policies
Material & Resource Management:
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials
Maintain site inventory and tools
Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
Support site visits with clients, consultants, and authorities
Ensure client expectations for luxury finishes and detailing are met
Address site-related queries and provide solutions
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
4–8 years of experience in interior fit-out, preferably in luxury residential, retail, or hospitality projects
Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, and fit-out execution
Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approvals
Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
