Real Estate Agent

Qualifications:

Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian), with proficient English communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including key neighborhoods and developments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of UAE property laws, contracts, and investment processes.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

UAE driving license and access to transportation is Plus.

Valid UAE real estate license is Plus.


Real Estate Broker

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales, preferably in the UAE

Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off-plan market and developer offerings

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle

RERA or DMT certification preferred


Real Estate Agent - Spanish Speaker

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish (native or near-native level)

Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus

Previous real estate experience preferred but not mandatory

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
