Document Controller - Quality Office

  • Work independently with attention to detail, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize work schedules effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all hospital information.
  • Complete work assignments accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in document control and office administration.

Patient Access Representative (Male UAE Nationals ONLY)

  • Work closely with Registration and Cashier Manager on personal and official matters.
  • Coordinate with IP billing staff, Preauthorization Manager, and Kennedy Center Supervisor during patient registration.
  • Welcome patients and relatives with a genuine smile and ensure smooth registration and settlement process.
  • Ensure all Customer Service Registration cashiers are knowledgeable about insurance companies, direct billing procedures, schedules of benefits, deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, exclusions, limitations, and restrictions.

Coder - Outpatient Resubmission Officer

  • Identify, appeal, and reverse denied or underpaid claims within designated timeframes.
  • Conduct effective physician queries to obtain precise diagnostic specificity and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Provide education to the team based on root cause analysis of denied claims.
  • Reduce claim rejections and ensure successful claim payment on initial resubmission.
  • Advanced knowledge in DRG assignment through retrospective medical record review for clinical conditions, diagnoses, and procedures.

IT - Information Security Officer

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles: confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Understanding of networking protocols, network security threats, and PHI data protection standards.
  • Experience with SIEM tools, DLP platforms, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Endpoint Protection.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 security solutions.
  • ISO 27001 and/or ADHICS implementation experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity. Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.

EEG Technician - Part Time Role

  • Interpret EEG results to identify abnormalities in brain electrical activity for further evaluation by a physician.
  • Assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment planning based on test findings.
  • Education: Completion of Secondary School or equivalent and one-year accredited certification program.
  • Experience: Two years post-qualification experience in a hospital setting.
