About the Role
- Develop and optimize premix and feed formulations for customers
- Act as a subject matter expert providing technical and nutritional support
- Support clients and nutrition managers in feed formulation both in-office and remotely
- Introduce new concepts, products, and technologies in animal nutrition
Associate Manager Product Development
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in Personal Care category
- Master’s degree in Cosmetology or Chemical Engineering (preferred)
Required Skills:
- Strong product knowledge
- Experience in new product development
- Understanding of food technology and trends
- Knowledge of food regulations
- Self and team management skills
- Planning and decision-making ability
