Provide expert technical advice to the Track Reliability team in the analysis, validation, review, interrogation, and interpretation of track recording data using specialized Track Geometry Vehicles and associated measurement systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze data collected from recording systems
- Prepare detailed technical reports on track geometry degradation
- Support preventative and predictive maintenance decisions
- Ensure rail measurements are captured for future replacement strategies
- Perform adjustments and measurements on production equipment
- Ensure quality and correct body geometry on cars
