Purpose of the Job:
The Recruitment Officer plays a key role in the HR function by supporting talent acquisition strategies, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contributing to business growth.
Key Accountabilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Source candidates through job boards, ATS, social media, and networks
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Administer assessments when required
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Collect and communicate feedback
Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs - UAE National
Skills Required:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Strong government relations experience
- Understanding of government structures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
