JV Operations & HSE Manager
This role is responsible for supporting Joint Venture (JV) operations, ensuring alignment with regional strategy, governance frameworks, and HSE standards while driving sustainability and performance excellence across NOJV activities.
Responsibilities
Support development and alignment of NOJV strategy with regional business objectives.
Collaborate with JVs to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
Promote and support sustainability frameworks in line with organizational goals.
Monitor and report greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through internal systems.
Ensure effective governance structures and compliance with approval processes.
Manage internal and external JV communications and approvals in a timely manner.
Conduct HSE and exposure management reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
Review HSE performance data and engage with JV operators on safety outcomes.
Share HSE learnings, incident reports, and safety improvement insights.
Champion safety culture improvements through governance channels.
Verify crisis and continuity management readiness for JV operations.
Ensure proper HSE measures for deployed personnel and secondees.
Support value management and operational efficiency initiatives.
Conditions
Experience in HSE management, operations, or joint venture governance within energy or oil & gas sectors.
Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and risk management.
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and governance processes.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
