MEP COORDINATOR
Job Summary:
The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all MEP activities on construction projects. The role ensures that MEP systems are properly designed, installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between MEP subcontractors, civil teams, consultants, and clients
- Review and align MEP drawings with architectural / ID and structural plans
- Identify and resolve clashes using coordination tools (e.g., BIM/Navisworks)
- Prepare and monitor MEP work schedules
- Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved shop drawings and method statements
- Monitor daily site activities and report progress
ESTIMATION ENGINEER
Role Summary:
The Estimation Engineer prepares accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Supports business development and project acquisition through reliable cost assessments and coordination with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.
Tender & Bid Management:
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work
- Prepare tender review summaries and bid/no-bid analysis
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, subcontracting, and overheads
- Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and tender clarification meetings
- Support post-tender negotiations and contract finalization
TECHNICAL MANAGER

- Valid Unlimited Engineering License in the UAE
- Experience managing high-rise building construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCP, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures
- Inspect materials, structural works, and finishing works to ensure compliance with specifications
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Coordinate with consultants and third-party labs for inspections and approvals
- Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and verify corrective actions
- Maintain QA/QC logs, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and document control records
- Ensure adherence to ISO quality management systems and Dubai Municipality standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSc. Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience (3 years in UAE)
- Experience with contracting companies delivering residential or commercial high-rise projects
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes and QA/QC audits
