Product Development Specialist - English
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Development Manager and product team to deliver effective learning experiences.
- Contribute to product roadmap creation and identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote deep understanding of learning needs, especially for English language development.
- Support development of product concepts including scoping, costing, and market testing.
- Maintain and coach standardized processes and quality standards for content development.
- Brief and support resource teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure content suitability, originality, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Manage review processes with SMEs and stakeholders and provide constructive feedback.
Product Data Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute data strategy aligned with product and business needs.
- Conduct data-driven research and generate insights for product discovery.
- Set and monitor product success metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to achieve shared goals.
- Enhance communication and streamline data-related processes across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in product management, including 3 years focused on data in SaaS products.
- Experience analyzing product performance using metrics.
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle, data warehousing, BI, and big data.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Knowledge of Amplitude is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
